The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Feb. 1 announced that the 2023 annual insurance premium and maintenance tax reports and payments for licensed insurance companies and miscellaneous organizations, including health maintenance organizations, are due on or before March 1. Annual insurance premium tax reports and payments for Texas licensed surplus lines agents and agencies, as well as entities required to report unauthorized insurance premium taxes, are also due on or before March 1.
