Texas Comptroller Announces Decrease in Local Sales Tax Allocations for April 2025

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts announced the State will distribute $995.5 million in local sales tax allocations for April to cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts, a 3.5 percent decrease from April 2024.
