The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Jan. 5 proposed new property tax regulations to update the procedures concerning the registry of arbitrators for limited and regular binding arbitration to appeal values determined by local appraisal review boards and limited binding arbitration for certain alleged procedural violations during the local protest process under the Tax Code.
