The publication includes information on: 1) application for title and registration; 2) applicable tax types and surcharge; 3) standard presumptive value on private-party transactions; 4) certain specific provisions, which includes tax credits, fair market value deduction, family transfers, manufactured housing and mobile homes, and off-highway vehicles; and 5) exemptions.
