Texas Legislature Enacts Law Authorizing Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District to Impose Property Taxes

The Texas Legislature June 10 enacted a law regarding the Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 222 to issue bonds and impose property taxes. The law was enacted without executive approval.
