The Thai Revenue Department May 26 announced the Cabinet’s same date approval in principle of a draft royal decree including tax measures for private sector taxpayers, to support the development of medical and public health services and access to education. The draft royal decree includes measures to grant a double income tax deduction for charitable donations made through the e-Donation system to nine specified organizations. The royal decree would apply from May 26, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2027. [Thailand, Revenue Department, 05/26/26]
