It’s a slow week at Delaware’s Chancery Court, that rarest of things for the world’s preeminent business tribunal, which was closed yesterday in honor of Memorial Day. But there are a couple of highlights coming up in the next few days:

At issue: Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn last year let litigation move forward over the blank-check merger that took Lottery.com public before its collapse under the weight of fraud, self-dealing, and lavish partying by its executives, including two later convicted of securities fraud. The ...
