Transcom Owner Altor in Talks With Creditors Over Refi Plans (1)

Transcom Holding AB’s bondholders are in talks with the Swedish outsourcing business’ sponsor Altor over the firm’s ability to repay a bond maturing next year, according to people familiar with the matter.

Discussions are focused on what options are available to Transcom, including refinancing the €380 million ($448 million) bond maturing in December 2026, extending the maturity or possibly repaying the debt, the people added, asking not to be identified discussing a private matter.
