Vermont Department of Taxes Issues Instructions for Individual Income Tax Estimated Payment Voucher Form IN-114

The Vermont Department of Taxes Oct. 1, 2020 issued instructions for Form IN-114, Vermont Individual Income Estimated Tax Payment Voucher. The instructions include information on: 1) the estimated income tax and 2021 preliminary Vermont tax rates; 2) taxpayers required to make estimated income tax payments; 3) the determination of estimated tax liability; 4) estimated tax payment due dates; and 5) the filing of annual estimated tax payments in Vermont.
