Vermont Department of Taxes Releases Property Tax Form LRC-140, Landlord Certificate

The Vermont Department of Taxes Oct. 1, 2021 released Form LRC-140, Vermont Landlord Certificate, for property tax purposes. Landlords must complete one form for each property they own that has its SPAN and where one or more units are rented. Landlords must only report net rent paid if a tenant’s rent is subsidized and leave the net rent paid field blank if the tenant pays their rent.
