Virginia County Gets Trucking Company’s Property Tax Case Tossed

Prince Edward County, Va., convinced a federal court to dismiss a trucking company’s challenge to the assessment of more than $488,000 in personal property taxes on its fleet because of two preexisting and still pending actions in state tribunals.
