The Virginia Governor signed a law that includes extending the sunset date for the corporate and individual income tax Motion Picture Production Tax Credit to Jan. 1, 2031. The law is identical to H.B. 400. The law takes effect on July 1. [S.B. 612, enacted 04/13/26]
