Virginia Tax Department Issues Reminder on Automatic Six-Month Income Tax Filing, Payment Extension

The Virginia Department of Taxation Oct. 21 issued a reminder that taxpayers have until Nov. 2 to file and pay their 2019 individual income taxes. The deadline under the automatic six-month extension is Nov. 1, but taxpayers have until Nov. 2 because Nov. 1 falls on a weekend.
