Washington DOR Issues Information on Economic Nexus Minimum Thresholds

The Washington Department of Revenue (DOR) Dec. 20, 2018 issued an excise tax advisory on economic nexus minimum thresholds. The advisory discusses the DOR’s determination of the cumulative percentage change in the consumer price index for all urban consumers and adjusted substantial nexus thresholds. It includes a table reflecting the cumulative percentage change in the index from the date the thresholds were last adjusted and listing the adjusted threshold amounts applicable for each calendar year.
