The Washington Department of Revenue Feb. 28 released Form 84 0022, Real Estate Excise Tax Certification, Co-Signor Exemption, for excise tax purposes. The form must be submitted with the Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit for deeded transfers when claiming the co-signor exemption from real estate excise tax.
