Wisconsin DOR Announces New Real Estate Transfer Returns in My Tax Account

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) State and Local Finance Division announced that the new real estate transfer return (RETR) is now available in My Tax Account (MTA). The announcement stated that DOR conversion of previous RETR’s submitted: 1) on or after Nov. 10, 2025, but not yet recorded, were converted to MTA and are available to record in MTA; and 2) prior to Nov. 10, 2025, and not recorded by Jan. 8, 2026, were not converted and are not available to record in MTA.
