Wisconsin DOR Issues Property Tax Reminder Regarding New Construction Values on TID, Municipal Assessment Reports

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) Oct. 12 issued a reminder that S.B. 252 requires reporting additional information on Tax Incremental District (TID) net new construction values, for property tax purposes. The reminder is for certified assessors, the assessor list, municipal clerks and treasurers, county clerks and treasurers, and real property listers and registers.
