The Wisconsin Department of Revenue Jan. 4 published information about individual income tax filing requirements for nonresident employees who provide seasonal services in the state. The information includes: 1) filing requirements for nonresidents; 2) determining nonresident status; 3) clarifying nonresident taxable income in the state; 4) filing a Nonresident Wisconsin Income Tax Return, Form 1NPR; and 5) changing a taxpayer’s name, address, or taxpayer identification number.
