Wisconsin DOR Publishes Nonresident Entertainer Tax Requirements for 2026

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) published the tax requirements for nonresident entertainers performing in the state. The publication includes information on nonresident entertainers withholding, as well as the applicable laws and rules.
