Wisconsin DOR Publishes Revised Unclaimed Property Holder Report Guide

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) Aug. 1 published a revised unclaimed property holder report guide, for corporate income tax purposes. Unclaimed property holders’ payments will be processed if they enter payment information with their holder report submitted through My Tax Account. A law enacted in 2021 conforms Wisconsin’s unclaimed property laws to many provisions in the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act of 2016.
