The Wisconsin Governor signed a law that includes exempting from the electric vehicle charging tax electricity delivered or placed by any charger of an electric vehicle charging station located at a residence. The law took effect on April 10 and applies retroactively to electricity delivered or placed on Jan. 1, 2025. [S.B. 96, enacted 04/08/26]
