Wisconsin Modifies Real Estate Broker Membership Sales Tax Exemption

The Wisconsin Governor signed a law that includes modifying an existing sales tax exemption for certain real estate broker memberships by: 1) allowing brokers to offer compensation, cooperation, or both, with other brokers; and 2) only requiring that brokers obtain access to information about listings by removing the provision regarding compensation offers.
