The Wyoming State Board of Equalization (SBOE) Sept. 22 proposed regulations to clarify practice and procedure rules for appeals brought to the SBOE from the Department of Revenue (DOR), the Department of Transportation, and the DOR’s Liquor Division for excise tax and property tax purposes.
