Actor Chris Tucker Will Pay IRS $3.58 Million Over Past Taxes

Actor and comedian Chris Tucker has agreed to pay $3.58 million plus interest to the IRS to settle a lawsuit seeking $9.68 million in taxes dating to the early 2000s, according to a federal district court filing.

The “Rush Hour” star’s settlement will cover tax years 2002, 2006, 2008, and 2010, according to the settlement filed to the US District Court for the District of Nevada on Monday.

The US sued the star in 2021 to collect $9.68 million in taxes and additions to tax.
