Business consulting firm EisnerAmper expects to close a transaction in May that would add consultants from the Birmingham, Ala.-based firm Tidwell Group LLC, EisnerAmper said Thursday.
Tidwell has 40 partners and more than 200 professionals on staff, according to EisnerAmper’s announcement.
Tidwell has expertise in tax, assurance and advisory services, as well as real estate, affordable housing, renewable energy projects and construction, the announcement said.
