Agencies Out to ‘Tilt Scales’ on Surprise Billing, Hospitals Say

Federal agencies “have repeatedly sought to tilt the scales” in favor of health insurers in implementing the No Surprises Act, hospital and physician groups said in an amicus brief filed in a case before the Fifth Circuit.
