The Alabama Governor signed a law concerning taxation of vapor products. The law includes: 1) levying an excise tax on all consumable vapor products sold at wholesale beginning Oct. 1, 2026; and 2) providing that the tax rate is $0.10 per milliliter of a consumable vapor product.
