Albania Gazettes Law Ratifying Pillar 2 STTR MLI

The Albanian Official Gazette May 21 published Law No. 45, ratifying the Multilateral Convention to Facilitate the Implementation of the Pillar Two Subject to Tax Rule (STTR MLI), signed Sept. 15, 2023. The law enters into force June 5. [Albania, Official Gazette, 05/21/26]
