Alliantgroup Sues Competitor, Says Trade Secrets Taken (1)

Tax consulting firm alliantgroup LP alleged in a lawsuit that a competitor and two former employees maliciously misappropriated critical trade secrets.

The firm filed its complaint on Wednesday at the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas against ABGi USA Inc., Craig Riebe, and Blake Windhorst. Riebe became ABGi’s CEO after working as an alliantgroup manager until he was fired, and Windhorst joined ABGi years after resigning from alliantgroup, according to the complaint.
