Nearly 3,500 business groups have registered with the UK tax authority to comply with global minimum tax requirements, official data shows.
As of June 30 — the first deadline for reporting obligations under the UK’s global minimum tax rules — 3,479 business registered with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, according to data provided to Bloomberg Tax by the tax authority.
