Amazon Extends Fulfillment Services to Sellers in Brazil

Amazon is bringing its Fulfillment by Amazon program to Brazil, a tool that handles all customer service and reverse logistics on behalf of third-party sellers, on top of managing storage and shipping of their products.

  • “Our goal is to provide a much better experience to customers,” Amazon’s head of FBA in Brazil, Rafael Ferreira, told journalists
    • Around 50% of all sales come from third-party sellers, he added
