AmerisourceBergen Can Redact Tax Info in Pennsylvania Court Case

AmerisourceBergen Sourcing LLC can initially keep the confidentiality of the tax amount at issue in a court dispute with Pennsylvania officials, a state court said.

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania granted the company’s request that state officials redact the information from status reports and other court docket information as part of ongoing legal disputes over AmerisourceBergen’s tax obligations, which are still in their “infancy,” Judge Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter said Dec. 24.
