The Argentine Official Gazette April 1 published Resolution No. 1/2026, updating the criteria for categorizing micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The resolution includes measures: 1) revising the annual total sales thresholds applicable to companies in the construction, services, trade, industry and mining, and agriculture sectors; 2) updating the limits on personnel employed in the services and trade sectors; and 3) setting a maximum asset value of approximately 3.4 billion Argentine pesos (US$2.4 million) for entities to qualify as MSMEs.
