Argentina Gazettes Resolution on Tax Incentive Program for Private Sector Employers

The Argentine Official Gazette Sept. 1 published General Resolution No. 5751/2025, on the tax incentive for private sector employers under the Bridge to Employment program. The resolution includes measures: 1) providing a 12-month reduction in specified employer contributions from qualifying private sector employers that hire new workers through approved social, educational, and employment programs between Oct. 1, 2024, and Dec. 31, 2026; 2) allowing employers to apply the benefit once per worker; and 3) requiring employers that hired new workers under the program to submit corrective declarations between Sept. 1 and Nov. 30.
