Argentina to Lower Import Taxes for Clothes, Other Goods: Caputo

Argentina will publish in the coming days a decree lowering taxes for imported goods such as clothes, shoes and screens, Economy minister Luis Caputo said on post on X.

  • “Following a decree to be published in the Official Gazette in the coming days, tariffs on clothing and footwear will be reduced from 35% to 20%; on fabrics from 26% to 18%; and on various yarns from 18% to 12%, 14%, and 16%,” Caputo said
