Elaine Mooney was promoted to tax partner at Arthur Cox, the firm announced Monday.
Mooney advises clients on tax aspects of transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, IP structuring, leasing, securitizations, and structured finance, the firm said.
Seven additional partners were appointed across the firm in competition and regulated markets, asset management and investment funds, litigation, dispute resolution and investigations, capital markets, construction and engineering, and pensions and employee benefits.
