Ashurst Adds Morgan Vail as Tax Disputes, Investigations Partner

Morgan Vail joined Ashurst as a partner in its tax team in Paris, the firm announced Monday.

Morgan advises on tax audits, settlement negotiations and assistance with voluntary disclosures to the French authorities, remediation, and litigation, the firm said. He also assists clients with their day-to-day tax issues, organization, flow management, and tax policy and strategy.

He joins from UGGC Avocats.
