Australia Tax Agency Announces Signing of MoA Pursuant to 2009 DTA With New Zealand

The Australian Taxation Office Sept. 5 announced the Sept. 2 signing of a memorandum of arrangement (MoA) on the implementation of Part VI of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI) regarding the application mode of the arbitration process, pursuant to the 2009 DTA with New Zealand.
