Baker McKenzie Adds Two Tax Partners in New York, San Francisco

Julia Ushakova-Stein and Niki Ford joined Baker McKenzie as partners in its tax practice in San Francisco and New York, respectively, the firm announced Monday.

Ushakova-Stein focuses her practice on inbound and outbound international tax planning, transfer pricing, advance pricing agreements, and dispute prevention and resolution, the firm said.

Ford represents multinational and domestic corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals in a variety of multistate tax issues, including planning, audits and litigation, the firm said. She advises clients on income, franchise, sales and transactional tax issues.
