Baker McKenzie Promotes Tax Attorneys in Los Angeles, Miami

Dmitrii Gabrielov and Linnie Benezech were promoted within Baker McKenzie’s tax practice group, the firm announced Monday.

Gabrielov was elevated to partner in Los Angeles and focuses on state and local tax matters, including income, franchise, and sales and use taxes. He represents clients in all aspects of state tax controversy, from audit defense through litigation, and advises on multistate tax planning and structuring, the firm said.

Benezech was promoted to counsel in Miami and focuses on partnership tax and US real estate structuring for non-US investors. She has held academic positions as a tax professor at the University of ...
