Baker Tilly will acquire Alirrium effective Nov. 1, the firm announced Thursday.
Alirrium provides customized automation solutions and will allow Baker Tilly to leverage the company’s strengths to deliver advanced solutions tailored to the needs of its clients, the firm said.
Since 2022, Baker Tilly and Alirrium have collaborated on automation implementations.
