The Belgian Federal Public Service-Finance May 6 announced filing deadlines for 2025 individual income tax returns. The announcement includes: 1) the July 15 deadline for electronic filing; 2) the June 30 deadline for paper filing; and 3) the Oct. 16 filing deadline if a taxpayer has foreign professional income or other specified income. The announcement also includes that paper returns will be sent in May, and simplified or proposed returns are available on the MOF’s website for viewing and completion.
