Belgium will prioritize finalizing European Union-wide rules for transfer pricing when it takes over the rotating presidency of the Council of the EU next year, an official said.
“Belgium will start in 2024 with the transfer pricing proposal and see if we can reach a quick agreement with the member states,” said a Belgian official who asked not to be named. A first technical meeting would take place in early January, the official said.
