Biden Nominates Three Tax Court Judges, First of His Term

President Joe Biden Thursday announced three new judicial nominees to the US Tax Court, which, if confirmed, would cut the number of unfilled vacancies on the court’s bench in half.

Biden’s picks to serve 15-year terms as judges on the court include tax attorney Rose E. Jenkins, and Kashi Way, a senior legislation counsel on the Joint Committee on Taxation. He also named Adam B. Landy, who has been a special trial judge for the court since 2021.
