President-elect Joe Biden’s plans to reshape tax policy, including the rollback of several provisions of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, may be partially or fully thwarted if Republicans hold onto the Senate.
That’s according to Colin Wilhelm, a Bloomberg Tax reporter who covers Capitol Hill.
