Democrats are demanding that the IRS provide a complete accounting of whether taxpayers who initially received letters instead of refund checks have received their money.

IRS CEO Frank Bisignano may face questions on the letters when he testifies in front of a Wednesday House Ways and Means subcommittee chaired by Rep. Danny Davis (D-Ill.) on Social Security.
