A Texas billionaire whose tax information was leaked by a Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. employee is now suing the management consulting services company.

Energy Transfer Partners LP CEO and Chairman Kelcy Warren filed a complaint in the District Court of Maryland Monday over the leak of high-profile taxpayer data perpetrated by Charles Littlejohn. Littlejohn worked as a Booz contractor from 2018 to 2021 and has admitted to pulling and leaking info on high-net-worth individuals in that time.
