Booz Allen, Warren Ordered to Discuss Discovery in Tax Leak Suit

A federal magistrate judge denied billionaire energy executive Kelcy Warren’s bid to require additional discovery from Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. in his lawsuit over former company employee and IRS contractor Charles Littlejohn’s unprecedented leak of confidential tax information.

Warren’s request to file a motion to compel on six separate discovery disputes was denied Thursday following an April 29 hearing, Magistrate Judge Gina L. Simms said for the US District Court for the District of Maryland. Instead, Simms directed the parties to discuss Warren’s concerns.
