Peter Rogers joined Bracewell as as a partner in its tax department in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.
Rogers advises clients on tax strategies for complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations, joint ventures, renewable energy investments, securities offerings, and bank financings, the firm said. He works with clients in the energy, infrastructure, finance, technology, media and entertainment, consumer products, and telecommunications industries.
He joins from Vinson & Elkins.
