Brazil Publishes Measure on Minimum Taxation for Multinationals

Provisional Measure that establishes an addition on the Social Contribution on Net Income, known as CSLL tax, was published in an extra edition of official gazette on Thursday.

• Measure establishes minimum taxation of 15% in the process of adapting Brazilian legislation to the Global Anti-Base Erosion Rules
• Measure will be applied to multinational companies that have annual revenues of €750m or more in at least two of the four fiscal years immediately preceding the one analyzed
